The Yamakasi do neither parkour or freerunning.. its all jsut movement, they even explain about how seb and dave broke off with their own interpretations (freerunning and parkour) , so they are different technically..but the yamakasi go it right - ITS ALL MOVEMENT, its all training your body and your mind.. the community should be one, not split.. we all move, and we all move differently - thats a great thing, we can learn so much!
