@wrinklesfromweldin I did lots of searching but could not find any information specific to what I wanted to do at the time. So I scored some scraps of motorcycle fairing - sat down and the rest was trial and error. I did some repairs on my own ZX9R and painted it over a year ago and the repairs are still undetectable. I used to be an autobody repairman and painter. I got the welder new off of ebay for about $70. Did you also check out my strength test?

did you teach yourself? learn by reading? or did you pick up your skills in a plastic welding shop? I am a welder and have just recently picked up an interest in plastic welding. I went to a plastic welding shop but wasnt allowed to see the magic.
