My Coloring Book - Barbra Streisand Cover

A beautiful and very clever song from Ms. Streisand. Featured on "The Second Barbra Streisand Album" That's gotta be the longest album title ever produced. I recorded this several months ago and watching it back realized how tired I sound/look at the beginning! The whole song is in the wrong key but I decided to upload it anyway :)

*update* some people have said this performance sounded cold and calculated. This may be attributed to the fact that I did hold back to an extent because of my constant awareness of neighbors. I'm always surrounded by ears - especially here where at the time, my neighbor lived below. So out of respect for her, I did show restraint and that inevitably came through, most likely, as something of an unattached and distanced interpretation of the song. Of course, that is not what I feel when I'm singing it, but an unfortunate side effect of not feeling completely uninhibited.

this was really, REALLY fantastic. A true singer can stand alone, without accompaniment, and you proved that beautifully. I'd never heard this song before, but I bet I wont like the original anymore than your version. Well done!!
