It´s funny how over all noble causes as nation, democracy, freedom... at the end all independentist movements have the same origin: money
-
@frayperico We would love to,only the liberal elite will not let us.
The British are net contributors,it makes me laugh when Euro FANATICS mock
us with statements like that, Brussels would be in total panic if it looked like
the Brits would pull out.
-
@TheEuro75 Have you checked who are the NET CONTRIBUTORS?
You EUROFANATICS are allways manipulating the facts to fit your lies.
Would you buy a car from a salesman you knew was lying?
The thing with EUROFANATICS is, "the end justifys the means" in their books.

The EU is a madhouse. We need more guys like this who tell it straight to get us out, whilst there is anything left to salvage.
-
freyperico.
the british people would love to get out
but are stopped by liberal fascists.
Remember this, if we were to leave, who would pay for the EU? because it's only
the UK and Germany who pay in,all the rest are freeloaders.

Judging from the comment below I'm grateful to be an American as one state would never say to another state to leave the union and there's 50 of us. That's more than twice as many as the EU. That's a very poor attitude to have as well as childish in its tone. Great Britain will always be the mother member of the Anglophone Nations [US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain] keeping Great Britain a world class important nation and continental Europe hates and envys that bond.
-
Well EU is not obligatory so if british are always so pset why don't they get out of here and let countries whilling to advance to do so.

Thank you once again, Dan. What the EU has turned into is such a farce!
When will the British people wake up?
Personally, I am truly sickened by the APATHY on such an important matter.
It appears history is about to repeat itself, right now but unfortunately only those who have actually read history will realize this.
It's such a shame...Communism failed already but the vast majority of people in our Western societies appear truly ready to willingly adopt it!
As always, Dan Hannan imparts the rational persepctive of euro politics.
