Eric Papenfuse X-mas Gift List

I used to think Harrisburg's renaissance was a wonderful thing, but the more I travel, the more I realize how behind the times Harrisburg really is. (Restaurant Row? Like this is progress?) After a lifetime in the area, I'm glad I got out when I did. The Harrisburg region is sorely lacking culture and common sense. And all the small-minded political weasels like Papenfuse deserve each other.

Eric Papenfuse is a prime example of everything that's wrong with Harrisburg. There are entirely too many people in the area who talk and talk, but have little actual talent and don't lift a finger to DO anything. (Is the Midtown Scholar ever open? Any time I've gone in the last two years it's been closed.)

Eric papenload is a spurned queen,who, (if this was new york would be new york "he" would be wearing a dress)doesnt have a clue! I remember HBG.inthe sixties and seventys and what a shit hole it was,even the spot moved uptown...sort of...Mayor Reed is the best thing that ever happened to cent. PA. all i can say about this video the photog doing the ...video..was cackeling like a little girl ...this sucks...and so do these ...comics

Does anyone know if it is true that Reed gave Lavenda the job at the Sports Hall of Fame because they were sleeping together, or is that just a nasty rumor?

If it is just a rumor, why hasn't Mayor Reed issued a statement to clear it up rather than letting it drag on for all these months?

What are Lavenda's credintials to have the job?

Very well done - from a former Central PA resident who now lives in Pittsburgh, and gets to see the same things on a larger scale.

Harrisburg peaked years ago and has been on a long slow decline ever since. The City Council and the Mayors office won't lift a finger to protect it's residents from predatory lenders and have landed everyone a huge problem with how they've handled the incinerator. This tiny bit of satire is nothing compared to how they've collectively mucked up the city over the years.

Papenfuse has shit for brains.
The day Reed leaves office, Harrisburg will descend back into the shithole it was before he was elected mayor. That city council is a joke.
