"An 18 year initiative to recognize the art rich environment of Burlington's South End with SOUTH END ARTS DISTRICT signage was derailed again in the summer of 2010.
This resulted in Sign of the Times | Time of the Signs ~ a Delicious Delightful Wholly Irresistible Art Action Endeavor of Heroic Proportions vís a vís Many and Multiple South End Arts District Site Specific and Imaginary Installations." (Bren Alvarez, www.flynndog.net)
