GTA4 iCEnhancer - 2012 Skyline GTR / R34 / Porche

Playing with iCEnhancer 1.3. Looks like it has some lighting issues on Episodes of Liberty City though. Super bright in some places and dark in others. It might be because 1.3 is meant for the original Grand Theft Auto 4.
I am not using any other mod in the video other than a trainer. I wanted to post a video of just the iCEnhancer because I all the videos I found were using multiple mods.

You have a vaguely similar issue with your' mod to mine. I get brightness turned up to full and I can't see the visuals anywhere EXCEPT in time Square, whereas you seem to work everywhere except time square. :L random.

nice one, texture pack to sad this couldn't be done on consoles, would bring life into the game again
