@cattnipp Bummmmmmer, it's wierd but most of the problems I've had with garage's have been related to alcohol and people who can't remember or at least say that they don't.

@gregvancom I actually own a duplex in Florida where the garage is converted to a rental. There are no poles like that to prevent a drive-in and the people across the street already drunk drove into my telephone pole and knocked it sideways.

@cattnipp Thanks, I've seen it happen, more than once and under different circumstances. Someone drives their car into a building and they don't need to be traveling at high speeds, to do a lot of damage.
