I hate this stuff. I live in a city of 300,000 where the idea of a performance artist battling a gifted writer is frowned upon, or more likely met with a quizzical looks. I do not need to be reminded that people lead lives that push limits, embrace whimsy and value creativity. Let me wallow in peace.
