I will dip it in sweet and sour sauce. But you can dip it in any kind of sauce you like. I am more creative, har har har.

Wow, you guys look so cool, but you don't really need to soak the rice paper that much to make a spring roll, just a little bit would be fine. I make my all the time. More like I eat it mostly any way. Very nice how you guys try to make Vietnamese dish.

The receipe looks great guys! but it would have been sooo much nicer to have less music playing in the background and a better sound of your voices. Believe me I LOVED the receipe but it was very very hard to understand sometimes. Anyway, just a minor criticism only. Good luck!
