This game doesn't actually take place in Silent Hill, but a town half a day's drive away from Silent Hill-- this game wasn't originally destined to be a Silent Hill game until the person in charge of writing the story introduced Walter Sullivan into the story.

I think that this video is kinda missing somehting... The choice of song was n't the greatest. Silent Hill 4 is a really intense game, and Three Doors Down isn't the most intense nor the most emotional band. Perhaps a slow, sad, but heavy and manic song to capture the true nature of Silent Hill's madness.
