@CrumpJuice420 Plasma globes aren't Tesla coils . They use a high frequency high voltage transformer, not similar to a Tesla coil at all. The voltage is very low compared to a Tesla coil, about 5000 volts. The only reason it makes the 'sparks' is because the globe has had a vacuum pulled on it to suck all of the air out, plus a few noble gasses have been added to get the cool colors. I have made something similar to a plasma globe with no gasses added, though i did use tesla coils to power them.

@gokuussj8 no it probobly wont kill you, but i do not recoamend touching it either. but its harmles as far as i know, the worst thing that has hapend to me was a burn, but apart from that nothing has hapend.

Wow! Great results - this is probably one of the best vacuum tube-driven coils I've seen out there. What tube(s) are you using? (Perhaps you should include it in the description as quite a few people seem to be curious).
what do u mean he WANTED to transmit electricity wireless? he accomplished it in 1899 in colorado springs by transmitting 100 million volts ( 100 MV ) across 26 miles,and lit up a bank of 200 light bulbs and 1 ac motor NIKOLA TESLA was tha man!!. benjamin franklin who>?????? lol
