On November 10 and 11, 2006, a bunch of UNCW film students and filmmaker Andre Silva set up shop at the Cucalorus Moving Arts Expo, and invited people to draw, etch, and doodle onto 16mm film stock, creating new and exciting works of art. These are called "16mm Film Loops."
