1998 Apple iMac commercial emphasizes the uniqueness of the computer and the ease of use by playing off Robert Frost's "Road Not Taken" by saying that when presented with a choice, the Apple iMac user took the faster, simpler, less expensive and more colorful road. The implication that an iMac is the road less well traveled is implied.

Simpler, all-in-one computers, especially in the form of notebook computers, would rise to the the dominant form of microcomputer sold over the next few years.

Jeff Goldblum provides the voice over.

This 30-second spot aired in 1998 during a showing of South Park.
