  • Sgt. Slaughter = American Hero!

    Haha yeah!

  • Yeah, that went down as the most STUPIDEST idea ever conceived from the WWF

  • Sgt. Slaughter aka Sgt. Bend Over. He was so gay

  • You can't have Slaughter without laughter!

  • i wonder if Sgt. Slaughter kept that GI Joe army jacket. I would've XD

  • I have the ep with the parallel world. It's called worlds without end. I'ts goood but not my faverorite.

  • I understand entirely. So Ive cut him some slack in that regard.

    Of course I'll never stop thinking the scenario was an exceptionally bad idea.

  • I understand how you feel and yeah the storyline sucked rocks, especially when the fans need Sgt at that time. But like you said he was taking orders from his bosses, and I saw him in interviews he really hated the idea, but if he refused they would have fired him. Later on McManhon got the idea when both he and Sarge received death threats. As a matter of fact the Sgt's family was threatened and there was a bomb threat when Sgt was on the road. McManhon took care of his family till it was safe

  • Oh shut up

  • From that point of view, I can totally understand. 'Course, I personally never really cared for him as a wrestler anyway. He was always just a Joe to me ^^;

  • It bothered me, even though I knew it was a stunt, because at the time I had friends and family involved in the Gulf War, fighting for freedom where there was trouble FOR REAL. People DIED for that, and even pretending to side with the villain for the sake of publicity struck me as disrespectful

    The wrestler was only following orders from the WWF, but it still dissapointed me that he willingly participated in it. I dont wish ill on him, but I dont know if I can respect him again
