What is the name of this specific form? I have the vcd and it only says mixed fistic play with cai, li and fo. I don't recongize it.

I totally agree with you Sifu Frank. Jeong Yim, Lau Bun all these good men comes directly under Chan Heung. My grand dad didn't tell me who he learned from anyway, he passed on when I was at the age of 8. I'm pretty much stuck with the Hung Sing's Gei Pun Kuen. (Basics)

Sir I agree with you. I come from that generation, and todays teachers and students really don't have the patience it takes to become real masters.

This form is a very short form compared to the entire length of the actual form. this is Kau Da Kuen i believe. However, this is found in the Lau Bun lineage as well.

As far as aesthetics go, the only thing that looks different in this form is that the person performing it looks to be taller and skinnier than your average player. There is no doubt that his moves are all clear and crisp and this man is obviously very good. I think people just aren't used to seeing this body type doing Kung Fu. Just an observation, hopefully no one is offended. Thanks for posting it.

However, Sifu Lok here may not be the best performer, but in person, his hands and fighting skills are really impressive.
