Updated 'How to enable friend lock on YouTube'

This is the most up to date version as of today! The older versions don't work. The option is no longer in 'Email Settings'.

Remember: Once you have ticked the box for friend lock, you MUST click on the save changes button or friend lock will not be turned on.

I have this troll that has made an impersonation account, he took my profile pic and took my background and made his page to make it seem that he is a gay troll. He copies my channel comments and alters them into gay comments posting it on his wall. Is there anyway to stop him coming on my channel altogether and still let my friends come on my channel.?

@Mixedracepride Yes, if you go to the users channel there should be a link (near their picture) that says 'Block User'. If you click on that the user will no longer be able to visit your channel or interact with you.

How do you activate auto-accept friend invites? You know, someone adds you and they automatically are your friends? And how do you remove the "add as a friend" button? I visited a YT account before and this guy totally removed this button from sight so I couldn't add him. Help? ANYONE? PLEASE!! :3

@TheSelenaGomezStory Unfortunately, there is no such thing as 'auto accept friend invites', they have to be accepted manually.

Actually they WOULD do it for no reason it's happened to many channels even YouTube partners so I haven't done anything wrong. I've had to delete my pictures of me and my aid because they had read edited it do make it a disgusting image! I haven't don't anything wrong. So I'm correcting you on that one.

@ollieblade no, there is. but maybe that feature is only available for partners of YT. coz i saw a couple of people have "auto accept" on. some even remove "add as a friend" button. thanks anyway :)
