  • can u plz tell me what i'm doing wrong? it gets really oily when i stir and fold it. i mean really really oily. i can even pour out the excess oil from it and put it in a cup. n is there an easier or more efficient way of toasting the ingredients (rice flour)? salamat po!

  • yes, I'll have to agree with you that mixing alone is a good exercise. I remember during my high school days, my brother and I would take turns in front of the pot. its even worse with ube halaya.
