Neverthless I'm sure you have worked real hard on this map and it looks damn good. The surfs are smooth and there are lots of cool stuff.
And oh man I liked the trail you get when carrying the flag! Do other players see it the trail on carrier? Trail + cool moves = pure win.
Well that was my rant, just trying to be constructive here. But seriously, reconsider the lighting. :)

Then is the middle boosts. Why are they like that? Now you really can't pick up speed from them. So for example the inner circle should be just clockwise boosts and outer circle only counter-clockwise. Then you could get gather speed there. Hope you get what I mean?
I'd say the last problem is the size of the map. It's huge. Imo it should be 50% or 75% smaller to actually fun and playable.
