Shoulda started rehearsing my next JoCo cover last week. But here's a song I wrote called "Shotgun." It's in E. Here're the lyrics:

I mainly chose the Remington 1100 because it is a classic -- I can't remember whether that or the tune came first! I do know that I tried to get something about the gauge in there and couldn't. :)

Hi, I added your song to my favourites on the 5th of October 08 and have found myself listening to it regularly ever since. I think its just excellent; the verse about coming home from hunting squirrel and catching a stranger with your girl is brilliantly un-hinged. To me this song sounds like the classic gem you might hear in the sound track for a Quentin Tarantino movie (Maybe thats why mrfnk has added the video above?) . Its really cool, thank you.
