No that's Dan.. capcom has already comfirmed it. Plus he killed Go Hibiki long before he fought Ryu so it wouldn't have made sense form Go to die right there

Yeah, I think Ryu had the best ending music in this and SF2.

That was Go Hibiki, Dan's father killed by Sagat on a previous Street Fighter Tournament. The one who destroyed Sagat's right eye.

@travisk08 Well, alpha 1 and 2 take place directly after the first street fighter game. It was after street fighter 1 that Ryu gave Sagat that chest scar, so timewise this was only their second encounter, naturally sagat is filled with rage at this point. After/during 3 however, he calmed down.
