I really don't mean any disrespect, and I'm sure I'll get yelled at for saying this, but he looked like he was doing the Time Warp for a while.
But this and his other videos are really good ways to relieve stress and loosen tense muscles, so thank you for the link.

Thanks for the video, hopefully i will be able to mimic some of the forms you are performing in your video. Not practicing Tai Chi myself these forms are still quite relaxing and soothing for me. And at that some interesing cultural display also.
Looking forward to future training videos. ^

You are right, it is not only for tai chi. It is for energy refreshing. There are two parts in this 18-form. Part One warms up major joints to open the body's energy channels. Part Two works on inner energy flow.
