Regular flexible silver screens have sensitive surfaces. ST-Silver-Screen-3D is a brand new rigid hard screen with scratch resistant, washable surface and to use from both sides (with 2 beamer). For 3D two techniques exist: 1. shutter, 2. polarization. For shutter technique no special projection screen is necessary, for polarization technique you need a silver screen as ST-Silver-Screen-3D.

Ive heard that silver screens are too fragile to roll up unlike regular white screens so I would have to leave my screen down all the time which is a big problem because its right next to a door. Ive also heard 2d images look blurry on a silver screen. Is this also true? Was wondering bc im interested in the cf3d from LG which many people say requires a silver screen.

no color shift in of axis, only by using 3 tube beamer.

hey screeny i got your reply so that basically confirms that the LG CF3D will require a special screen then? Also you said this screen was rigid so can it be rolled up like white screens can?

Hi RussUWGB, yes the LG CF3D is working with polarization technique and fit our Silver Screen. ST-Silver-Screen-3D cannot roll up is ultra flat and do not bend.
