Ondoy Flood Disaster in Cainta Rizal, Philippines (September 26, 2009) - Part 1 of 3

Part 1. Sharing a video taken by my sister Czarmaine Villalobos of the rescue happening in front of our house in Cainta Rizal, Philippines. Our household helpers cast a rope to our neighbors living in a one-story house where the flood water was around 5-feet deep and still rising at the moment. With our dad's guidance, we helped a father, an uncle, five little children, a pregnant mother, a grandfather and a grandmother cross a very strong and dangerous current to take refuge in our house.
