Water workout for target toning the core muscles. The Seated Balance or sea horse is a functional exercise that engages all of the abdominal muscles, the core and pelvic floor muscles. If the knees are kept lower than the waist, there is more muscle contraction from the abdominal muscles than the posterior spinal muscles.
