Aluminum melts at approx. 1000 degrees. The combination of fire plus friction can and did melt aluminum. Mind you, it is only the scale of the disaster that left so much damage. NO CONTROLLED EXPLOSION HAS EVER CREATED SO MUCH MOLTEN ALUMINUM EITHER. Because no other building of that design and size was ever destroyed by a collision with a fully-fueled commercial jumbo jet. Not before 9/11 anyway.

There was molten metal pouring from the building before it fell.
The building in Madrid was steel...it burned for over 24 hours and never fell. why?
-
no, i didn't oversimplify and disregard anything.
but you see fit to insult instead of debate. nothing will be accomplished except the fact that you're coming across as someone who likes to use pretty words in order to belittle someone else. Fortunately, i'm familiar with the dictionary.
so the assumption that steel melts at 3000F is wrong? wow. I never knew that FACTS were a "conspiracy".

You oversimplify, and disregard, and on and no and on.
Your assumptions are wrong, your premises are false, and your story is a half-baked conspiracy nut fabrication which is disproved by the lives and science and work of literally thousands of people who are serious in their business and service.
And yet you prattle on.
What do you do for a living, praytell?
Actually, that is pretty simple. Metal melted due to the pressure and heat of having thousands of tons come down suddenly in one area in a short period of time (as in, seconds). You have to keep in mind the specifics, including the scales involved, the types of steel, etc. Regardless of anything else about 9/11, the collapse itself caused the metal to melt.

Thanks zahir13. There simply isn't enough velocity in collapsing metal beams to produce enough heat to melt even 1 ounce of iron - not to mention tons for days. The maximum velocity any beam could attain is 10m/s^2 x 10 seconds - 10 m/s - I doubt even iron beams with a velocity 1000x faster could melt iron for days. Look at any gravitational collapse - there has never been molten metal reported or video taped so far as I know.

Actually, I referred to "metal" not "iron." Evidence is that no iron became molten in the collapse but plenty of aluminum did. Steel did become red-hot in places but did not melt. The WTC's structure collapsed because the interior steel weakened due to intense heat. Weakened, not melted. But gigantic amounts of aluminum melted, and remained molten for a long time. But not steel.

THanks Zahir - but aluminum has a high melting temperature too - we've never seen melted aluminum in any gravitation collape -and I don't think ever will - because the kind of momentum, and energy - the combination of mass and velocity needed to melt some object by collision must be very high and sustained for a long time. We need to do more experiments on this - so it is good to raise the possibility that may exist in people's minds.

it was a inside job.

yes it was, I hope the public figures it out. All it takes is for television to say it.
