I healed because I had the Jerky trinket buff running at the time.

The buffs I keep active are: Fire, Acid, Sonic, Electrical resists; Jump; Pouch of Jerky; Barkskin; Greater Hero (1 charge) then Heroism pots; Stoneskin (from Seal of Earth ring); Shield (from WF cookie). I keep the Torc of Prince Rayium on so I can recover some SP from the Gnoll Archers hitting me.
