mexican power MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

@XxGonixXFAN actually if Blanka held crouch and mashed on punch buttons he could have gotten free electricity or even a trade.
-
@DonkeyFist But if you take a jumping jab while crouched, his low kick will connect as a combo and into super. IT wouldn't have mattered in the first place, T.Hawk had him where he wanted, nothing he could have done about it

@6Diego1Diego9 Could have just been the fact that he was scared

was Chabouzu trying to be respectful and not spam tiger shots because he picked any sagat that wasnt ST?
-
wow never knew that. Thanks for the info.

Nice to see some other players knowing about Hawk's j.jab and j.short missing crouching Blanka, Dictator and Cammy.

yea they kinda got "siked" into that or just didnt know. shoot they probably did and just had a lapse through all of the pressure.
00:57 a common mistake by both players. All three versions of Hawk's jumping diagonal jab whiff against a crouching Blanka. You see Inomata jump at H with a jumping jab, and H stands up to block thinking that as an overhead attack he'll get hit if he's crouched.
If he had kept crouching the jab would have whiffed cleanly and he could have gotten any number of free attacks off. Instead he stands, takes the jumping jab as a tick, then the crouching short, and eats a SUPER.

I've seen Inomata walk up to someone, land a low short kick, as a tick into SUPER. However in this scenario I'm convinced that he mentally prepared himself for jumping jab, low short, as a two-tick into SUPER.
Had H ducked under the jumping jab he could have landed an attack before the short kick came out and completely interrupted Inomata's input series.
So advice to Blanka (and Dictator) players. If you see Hawk use jumping jab.....duck, and you'll get free damage (or at least a whiff)
