Whether it's teaching the bible in their local church, enjoying Southern barbeques or watching their children and grandchildren grow up, Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter are very much at home in Plains, Georgia. (Dec. 28)

  • Sometimes, when you have the power, it

doesn't mean you have the chance to do what you want to do. If you stick to the goodwill toward the world, slowly by surely, you achieve more. Well..... that's the Jimmy Carter in my eyes.

  • i don't care if you don't like the original comment too bad. it's not an essay or debate. you are bastardizing.

  • Every point you have made is a bastardization and you are still avoiding any factual liability. If you didn't want to argue or debate you would not be continue this constant and repetitive line of avoidance.

It isn't about a victory. If in reality you could show any form of proof you would have. Backing your claims is a pretty basic premise. Inform yourself before you speak out.

  • no actually what I'm doing is having common sense.

i don't have to explain anything to you. i'm not going to have an argument about why he's racist.

that's the thing. comments aren't essays/ it's not something you have debates about trying to use sources and evidence and things like that. it's not a debate. i'm not going to have some stupid debate because anytime someone uses actual sources the other person tries to discredit it in SOME way shape or form. So either way no one would win.

  • No, actually what you are doing is "stupid". You are clearly avoiding having to factually back what you have said.

I didn't ask you to write an essay. You still to this point have not stated even a single example that even hints to him being a racist. You have instead continued to argue against having to say anything factual; which is in itself the strongest argument against you.

  • not really cuz i'm just saying if you don't like the comment then move on lol

it's not irrelevant. i'm not gonna go around like "He's a racistr. here's my entire list of SOURCES" that's stupid.

    he's a racist and that's that.

  • The fact that you commented twice and your mentality seem to state a strong point against you not feeling like arguing.

No, actually that's not true at all. Most people, like myself who dwell in reality and follow simple lingual structure know that if you make a point it is only common sense to back it up. But, this isn't a sociology class.

Most of what you have said is bastardization. The truth is if you cannot or will not back your point, you simply irrelevant.

    Jog on!

  • normal people don't go around commenting saying "Here's my SOURCES and PROOF"... no, they just state their opinion, and move on.

If you want proof, you get off YOUR ass and go search for it.

  • no, i just don't feel like arguing, like you are trying to do right now.

i don't need to explain myself to you.

I'm very content with calling him a racist because it's true.

if you don't like that, then piss off! lol

  • So first you accuse someone of being racist without sighting any proof. Then when someone calls for you to explain your point you brush it off and claim that you don't "feel like explaining it" because "that'll lead to some silly irrelevant argument". That's is class A tale tucking and walking away.

"Plead the 5th 'cuz you can't plead the 1st."
