in the early 90s the local video store had the Factory Sampler VHS tape with this on it, I ended up renting it like 6 or 7 times cause I could never find this bands music anywhere.

absolutely! there's a couple new order tracks from "power, corruption and lies", where barney seems to channel ian, but that's it - no one has come close to capturing that vibe. even the nin dead souls cover, though methodically mixed to emulate the sound, just doesn't get there.
