For dinner this year we Rotisseried a turkey with Italian dressing and garlic injected in the meat. I also smoked a ham in the smoker with a maple and Dijon glaze. The turkey was very moist and flavorful with a very nice smokey taste. The smoked ham was awesome! Every ones initial reaction is that the spit is turning too fast but, it keeps the grease on better and it's less sensitive to drunk people putting too much wood on the fire. It's perfect!
