  • @GrifAdams you can't have ropes loose or tied to your paddle because the rope could become tangled around you and prevent you from righting or exiting the kayak in the event that some shit went down. you don't really need a rope to your paddle anyway. it's easy to keep a grip on unless it breaks in which case you're pretty much fucked anyway. there's my contribution to society.
