@lilywhitecurtis1 Apparently it is you who doesn't understand Marxism. Marxist-Leninism merely represents a popular variant. I refered to the modern Left's adoption of revisionary Marxism, which emerged from the Social Democratic Parties of pre-war Europe. These political parties rejected the rigidity of orthodox Marxism and internationalism, focusing instead on the creation of a class conscious movement to bring about a redistribution of wealth and resources using statist political policies.

Civil rights are disgusting to you? No, its conservatives who are disgusting. Wrong, the founding fathers were the liberals of their day. Our nation was founded on Liberalism. Embodied in the Declaration of Independence are its three tenets: "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness." The very term, itself, is taken from the same root as the second of these precepts. To be a Liberal is to defend freedom.

@lilywhitecurtis1 Liberalism is not admirable, it is disqusting. Our forefathers under today's standards would be staunchly alligned with conservatives. Modern liberalism was strongly influenced by social democratic thought in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Social democracy is revisionary Marxism. The political right is the only side of the political spectrum that has answers for the post-structuralist quagmire the US finds itself in. Following liberalism is a dead end.

@jtrchalik How is Obama a "dream come true?" Obama has been a horrible president. The United States is about to default on its debt. The president simply will not decrease our financial deficiet, by cutting social programs Obama has not promoted traditional social values, nor encouraged business. The Obama Administration also has shown a willingness to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants. Obama makes Bush look like a great president.
