Motoyard Big Willow First Crash 7/24/11

Second session - 4 lap

Came in a bit too hot and rear wheel skid a bit on the crack and tar on turn 4-5.

They say someone crash on the 1st session in Group B with an oil spill on the track. I think they said it spilled on the 4-5 turn. Slightly off the race line. I felt my rear wheel wobble once or twice during my lean. Some of the people I've met say that also. Big Willow just got a new pavement on the track , but not all the areas are covered. You can clearly see 4-5 turn have cracks and tar.

Hope you and your bike is well. Seems more like target fixation as it looks you may have been able to make the turn.  Also, if you feel you're not going to make it just stand it up vertically, don't brake and stay relaxed. I have had to go off the track many times and came out unscathed.

damn rough man.. Breaks and dirt dont mix... especially a leaning bike...
