  • and if i am wrong then prove by posting the recipe and video on how to make if not then dont complain when some one makes their own version.. again thank you for showing YOUR VERSION of this recipe

  • @elaine212kitten Thanks for posting. There are many ways to prepare Chicken Piri Piri and this is my version (inspired by having it many times in Portugal). As I'm sure with many other versions, this tastes fabulous to me. There are no rules in cooking!

  • Americans only know how to destroy food. I'm sure they've plunged the chicken in water and ammonia before cutting it with a dull knife and sticking it in the meat grinder.

  • @RobinBenzle Just watched that show with Jamie Oliver.

  • but i dont see any of them showing the correct way of doing it by giving us the correct recipe cuz they r stuck in their never tell a soul out side of this family recipe way.then again they might not want to tell any1 their recipes because theirs might be wrong and thats why they came here to get the correct recipe.

  • i am happy that u gave us ur version of this recipe at least ur not 1 of the "never give the familly secret out" kind of person, many complain about how wrong u did the recipe or how u Americanize this recipe

  • @jerricette It's definately my version.. Try it!

  • @Denhoren I think she cooked it the American way, cause I don't recognize at all what she is doing! Especially garlic powder is a big no no.

  • People, if in Portugal, outside Lisbon there is David da Buraca. And go.
