In this basic 4 minute sledgehammer workout you're just hitting the tire 20 times in row as fast as you can before you switch sides repeating for 4 minutes.

For you guys that want to build more muscle with this then I suggests you use a heavier sledgehammer r and/or be conscious of progressing to a heavier sledgehammer each workout you do.

You vary the workout to hitting the tire 10 times in row or more than 20 times in a row based on your fitness level. You may want to go over 20 times in a row once it gets too easy and/or if you don't have the ability to get a heavier sledgehammer for you workouts and you may want to consider hitting the tire less than 20 times in a tow if your current sledgehammer is too heavy for you and/or you're just not fit enough to hit it 20 times in a row.

You could also do a pyramid type of workout (which I'll release later) where you have multiple sledgehammers but after each 20 times on each side you will start to use a heavier sledgehammer thought the workout so for example...

*Your first 20 times on each side would be with an 8 pound sledgehammer

*Your second 20 times on each side would be with a 10 pound sledgehammer

*Your third 20 times on each side would be with a 12 pound sledgehammer

*And you'll keep doing up (or down depending on how many sledgehammers you had) for 4+ minutes

You can also do JUST 4 minutes like I did in the video or you could go on & on for more than 4 minutes but I suggest you take at least a 1-to-5 minute break after each workout if you're going to do more.
