  • I think you pretty conveniently ignore absorption rates in this video. Additionally the satiety issue is relevant because whey protein is fast digesting just like most things you drink. So by the time your body processes it you need more food. Also whey protein is much more effective around workouts for this reason, so suggesting to people that a SUPPLEMENT is superior to whole foods is false without perspective.

  • @beaniepoker I don't consider whey protein a supplement. Yes, I do ignore absorption rates, because it's been well established that absorption rates are of very little consequence.

  • even the supplement companies reccomend eating whole foods.

  • @Libthetics Did you even watch the video? If so, can you identify anything I said that is wrong? If not... uh... where's the problem?

  • @LiftingForLife No. I was clearly stating that if even the supplement companies (who only care about revenue) reccomend whole food sources, then it says something.

  • @Libthetics It says that their employees are ignorant morons, nothing else.

  • what's wrong with taking bcaa's as a supplement. is it not the same as having whey protein?

  • What are your opinions on Organic Whey protein? Are the "normal" whey filled with rBGH and things like that? Is those whey refining processes remove able to remove all these stuff?

  • last time i've been sick is over two years ago. hopefully i can contribute this to my whey protein boosting my immune system.
