S.Cecilia Choir at the Open Concert for the Restored Organ

There was the inauguration of the restorated organ in Zoppola in 2007 May the fifth.
Constructed in 1912 by Mascioni with pneumatic transmission, following the guidelines of Giuseppe Bottazzo, who was an important member of the Church Music Reformist's Movement by the so called Cecilians Musicians,this organ is now restored by Mascioni themselves.
In the inauguration's concert of the so called Great Mascioni was played by Giorgio Molinari and Roberto Gri.
S.Cecilia Choir sang "Festival Doxology", a melody by the Boston Haendel and Haydn Society Collection, words by Thomas Kent, arrangment by Donald Paul Hustad for brass, here with the unusual organ accompaniment.
