La Collection Blum - Phénomène Swatch part 01

Stockshot's time machine takes you back to 1994, to the exhibition La Collection Blum - Phénomène Swatch in fondation Deutsch, Belmont-sur-Lausanne.
Peter E. Blum - an industrialist from Central Switzerland - and his wife Linda, have in the course of many years compiled a Swatch collection with countless highlights that is unique in the world.
the showpieces run to some 1.300 watches, which are divided up into themes and exhibited in 52 showcases.
Well-known artists have specially created these sophisticated and lavish showcases for this exhibition. Over 500 watches are unique pieces dating from the time between 1981 and 1989 and can thus only be seen in the Blum Collection.
Many of the prototype watches have never been shown in catalogues and were on public display in Belmont for the first time in 1994.
