Plan USA | Crossing the border from Zimbabwe to South Africa

This video tells the story of young Zimbabweans who can't afford to stay in school in their own country. Left with few alternatives, they set off on a dangerous journey to South Africa to try and earn money to support their families.

Once in South Africa and without proper documents, they are abused by their employers, police and traffickers. Plan Zimbabwe is offering these young people alternatives to migrating - an income-generating goat project, dress-making skills training and raising awareness of the dangers that can await young people in South Africa.
