Literati: Amy and Dan "started a story whose end must now wait." This vid is dedicated to anyone who was disappointed with the lack of resolution to the Gilmore Girls series finale. Jess remembers his time with Rory and wonders when and if he'll see her again. Song is "Weekend in New England" by Lorelai's guilty pleasure - Barry Manilow

  • I Love This Song So Much I Do Ballroom Danceing To It All The Time Im 11 And I Like It :L x

  • beautiful

  • @Lexpelliarmus Hear, hear. At least Rory had official break ups with Dean and Logan. She couldn't even have that with Jess! But the reason why they left the J/R relationship open is to allow possible come backs from Jess (which we saw throughout seasons 4 & 5). I think when Windward Circle(?) was abandoned, ASP automatically thought of taking Jess back into the GG story line and I read she wanted to end the series with Jess/Rory but the actors refused. And so, J/R has no closure.

  • Truly beautiful song

  • Lack of resolution to the Gilmore Series? Hell there was a lack of resolution to Jess & Rory altogether. I hate when people say "Well Dean didn't get closure" or "Logan didn't get closure." C'mon. You can't honestly say Jess got ANY form closure. In my opinion,Dean DID get closure, and as for Logan? Well,he proposed to her & left when she said no. He doesn't deserve resolution.xD

  • @longmos Too bad your advanced wisdom hasn't led you to stop using fag.

  • Wow, what a great job putting together this video! Great editing!

  • @longmos Um... do you have any idea how RUDE and derogatory your homophobic comment is?

  • I always regarded Barry Manilow as fag music in my younger years -- now that I'm middle-aged I have a much greater appreciation for it.

Guess I'm the fag now, huh?

  • Barry writes such beautiful love songs he is one of my favorite singers. I want his greatest hits. Grew up on this man. Good memeories. He s very popular in the eastern northern part of the U.S. New England States. Hes from originally from New york City.
