According to your daddy charlie davis, he had to rush back there ten minutes after making funny shots at the Dems, and was escorted off after he got off jeerd responses on fair shots a the repubs. They told Brown he was allotted 20 mins. for his time, sans the cluster fuck that occurred prior to his appearance. He was told he was over his time and, as some have pointed out, you can't find 20 mins. of his act. Some of the repubs went over their time.
