Where was this? I don't recognize any land(sea?)marks.

Most of it is Ruggles, and a little bit of it is from 2nd beach and another break near Ruggles

that wave look so rippable. me and some boys from the outerbanks are gonna go up there in april

Yea, but they usually only get that good when there's a hurricane swell, this was from Hanna. It's not too consistent, but when it gets a nice swell, it gets good. I've seen some pics of outerbanks, i think i want to go down there sometime, is it good down there?

Yea I wouldn't go out to Ruggles during a hurricane swell either. And by the way, Ruggles is a point break, with big boulders and rocks on the bottom, not reef.
