@KPpeep Actually, believe it or not, Vocaloid's have voice providers that are indeed well alive and human. Kaito's voice provider is Fūga Naoto (風雅 なおと).
Yes, they're voicers are edited/filtered/touched up with computers, but most is the voice providers voice, so Fūga could reach those high notes that make this song and Kaito's voice beautiful.

@AyShanxT That's because it's a vocaloid. His voice is made by computers. He was designed to sound real but is not. Vocaloids can reach any note :)

This makes me feel so...depressed. He's alone, stuck waiting for his friends. His friends will never return and he realizes he's not even alive. I just think of how much that must hurt him.
