All Chaos/Super Emeralds in the Mushroom Hill Zone - Sonic

This video will show you how to get all seven Chaos Emeralds in the first zone of Sonic and Knuckles (or all Super Emeralds in the seventh zone of Sonic 3 + Knuckles) as Sonic. There is an eighth Giant Ring at the start of the level in S3 + K, but it's very obvious.
This video also acts as a guide to the Special Stages in Sonic and Knuckles... although really, I didn't do too well in those. Just keep your cool and you'll get the Emeralds in the end. ;)

Is there one with knuckles or are they in the same locations

@4killerAnthony I can't remember exactly, but Knuckles takes a different route through the zones... I think he has less rings to access, but I can't remember if they're different rings or not, sorry :( I'll have to do another guide, I guess, but I'd recommend checking out a seperate guide for Knuckles before then. :)
