There is such an obvious difference. When westernens deal with Africans, they look arrogant and give that disgusting look of "I'm smarter than you Africans!". But when Chinese talk to Africans, they treat Africans as equal human beings and business partners. The cooperation between China and Africa produces mutual benefit. That's why west is so so mad and jealous right now. Old colonial poweres and racists will never want Africfa to develop well.
