I don't think that 'progressive' is the only measure of goodness. Sometimes a striking tenor voice and a great song is enough.

Well, this is actually a cover of Robert Wyatt's song. His version is the original. TFF covered this song and it was not on the main album version though it was made during the time of Songs from the Big Chair. This version later became available on the remastered version of Songs from the Big Chair and is also present on 'Saturnine, Martial and Lunatic' (a collection of TFF B-singles and obscurities).
