Hi taraghb -- I never would have thought to do that with balloons. I'm going to try that myself sometime - maybe the next time I have a big party. It will freak everyone out!! LOL! :) I live in the USA by the way. I agree with "christina0000" about her conclusion with how the balloons were done. 5 stars!! --Kim
