that is way less than 10,000 fps, more like 60 - 200 fps

Actually 10,000 fps is the correct camera speed setting thereby enabling the video to be slowed down to 60 - 200 fps at the digital table during editing and applying the slowmo algorithms. The only way to get great slowmo effects is to speed up the camera.
