A guy who swaps an s52 engine and does it sucessfully probably knows the dangers of running an improperly warmed engine, the sensor prolly doesnt work, and plus read the description.

He's right, M3's don't have consumption needles, its oil temp. It still may not be working with the S52 though.

except that they only sent 5000 E30 M3's over here. so its just something about keeping it original. not that an s52 is a bad idea...

wow, I haven't been on youtube for a while. If you want to know, the engine had a vac leak and some other misk problems that prevented it from running perfectly, this was the first run I had on any road. and yes, the temp sensor does not work. I have a VDO one down by the shifter. I assure you the engine wansn't stone cold.
